Refund Policy

20 days goods return and exchange service

MioMia guarantees to provide best service to our customers. We offer 20 days goods return or exchange service. (Except goods marked “Non-refundable or non-exchangeable”. For details, please refer to the “Shopping Guide” of every product.)


Ways to return the goods

When returning the goods, please download and fill in the “Goods Return / Exchange Form”, together with the tag uncut and the complete package, send to our goods return address (Suggest using registered mail or Courier). MioMia will not response for any loss in transit. If the goods are purchased by credit card, 2.65% administration Fee may be charged when proceeding refund. 

MioMia reserves the rights to amend the rules and policies without prior notice, and the rights to refuse any request of refund / exchange. In the event of any dispute, MioMia reserves the rights for final decision.


Goods exchange arrangement

All goods are entitled to one chance of free exchange, except those marked “Non-refundable or non-exchangeable”. Customer should pay the shipping cost.

Returned goods must be with the tag uncut, complete package, no damage, no stains, non-usable; swimsuits must be clean, the health protection sticker and the label must be same as original status. Underwear must be returned with accessories in full package. MioMia reserves the rights to refuse any exchange request.

MioMia will arrange to ship the exchanged goods, which the goods will not be entitled to exchange or return again. When supplier informed that the goods are out of stock, MioMia will arrange refund within 7-14 working days upon receipt of the returned goods by cash or refund to the credit card.


Exchange damaged or incomplete product

Before returning the goods, customer should take a clear photo of the product and send to our customer service department via email address cs@miomia.com. After we confirmed the status, customer may choose to return the goods either by registered mail or courier. MioMia will reject the exchange request if clear photo cannot be provided.

MioMia will handle the request and place order to the supplier once only within 7-14 working days upon receipt of the returned goods. Goods will be shipped upon receipt.

For returning the damaged or incomplete goods, customer can claim the maximum HKD 30 for each shipment. Customer must provide the supporting evidence or invoices for our handling.
